Welcome to Mediversity Global. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and related services. By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

1. Scope of Services

Mediversity Global provides two categories of services:

· International medical education programmes — covering medical English, clinical observership, research and academic development, and medical humanities;

· Cross-border medical navigation — coordinating medical resources, consolidating information, and supporting processes for users navigating international healthcare.

Information provided on this website is for general reference only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations.

2. Important Notice Regarding Cross-border Medical Navigation

Mediversity Global cross-border medical navigation is a coordination and liaison service. We do not participate in any specific medical decision, diagnosis or treatment.

All medical diagnoses, treatment decisions and clinical actions are made independently by the regulated healthcare institutions and licensed clinicians of your choice, who are directly responsible to you.

Resource recommendations, pathway suggestions and process support we provide are for your reference only. You are responsible for verifying relevant information and making independent healthcare decisions.

3. User Conduct

When using this website, you agree to:

· Provide accurate, truthful and complete information;

5. Training Service Terms

Specific rules regarding programme registration, refunds, transfers and certificate issuance are set out in the relevant course registration page or service agreement.

We reserve the right to adjust course content, instructors and schedules where reasonably necessary for teaching purposes, with appropriate prior notice.

6. Disclaimers

8. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate this website or any part of its services at any time. Where a paid service you are using would be materially affected, we will provide reasonable prior notice and handle the matter in accordance with the relevant agreement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict-of-laws rules).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith consultation between the parties. Where consultation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent People's Court of Shanghai for resolution. For cross-border disputes, the parties may agree to submit the matter to an international arbitration institution.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time in response to changes in our business, applicable law or regulation. Significant changes will be notified through a website announcement. Continued use of the website following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
