With over 20 years of experience in the UK in enterprise transformation and change management, Ming brings deep expertise in project management consulting, professional training, and executive coaching. She is an ICAgile-certified trainer, known for her strengths in cross-cultural communication, leadership development, and building high-performing teams. Her work equips professionals to thrive in fast-changing, global environments.
